Becca's Closet gets spiffed up space

A rainbow of formal dresses was whisked onto shiny new racks Tuesday morning by volunteers scrambling to get the Bend chapter of Becca's Closet - an organization that provides free gowns to girls who need them - up and running in time for this year's prom season.
