Redmond officer arrested on suspicion of assault

A Redmond police officer was arrested Friday afternoon for allegedly assaulting a Bend man, according to a release from the Bend Police Department.

Robert Charles Stratton, 53, a Bend resident, was arrested on suspicion of assault and official misconduct, the release reported.
