Arrests made in racial assault

A Bend man and two teenage boys were arrested Friday in connection with an incident police are calling a racially motivated assault.

Bend police got a call about 9:15 a.m. on a report that two people had been assaulted in the area of 449 SE Third St. in Bend, according to a news release.
