Sen. Christopher Dodd, D-Conn., celebrated the Senate's passage of his lobbying reform bill Wednesday by telling The New York Times: "There's a sign that's now up in front of the Capitol. It says 'Not for Sale.'"
Wow, the bill sounds like a bright, shining triumph of reform!....
