Mr. Inocencio's letter (March 25) regarding the Crooked River Ranch Water Co.'s water testing, or, in his opinion, lack of testing, was completely irresponsible. He is citing an EPA Web site, which has the following note:

"NOTICE: EPA is aware of inaccuracies and underreporting of some data....
