More than 1,200 children and parents attend Kids' Discovery Day

Children dressed in cougar masks and bat ears made from construction paper filled the halls of The High Desert Museum on Wednesday for Kids' Discovery Day.

More than 1,232 children and parents attended the annual event, taking advantage of the kids' spring break.
