Summit high grad spends spring break in New Orleans

Nineteen-year-old Hilary Jacobs spent her spring break removing the storm-ravaged innards of New Orleans homes that had been virtually untouched since Hurricane Katrina ripped through the Gulf Coast seven months ago.
