Beesley appointed to Madras City Council

MADRAS - The Madras City Council voted unanimously Tuesday night to appoint Jerome Beesley to fill the open seat on the council.

The seat came open when Councilor Frank Morton succeeded Rick Allen as mayor. Allen stepped down earlier this year to devote more time to managing his businesses.
