Teen charged with shooting

17-year-old victim of Bend confrontation remains in critical condition

A teen who has lived in Bend for only a few weeks was charged as an adult with attempted murder Thursday in connection with the Wednesday shooting of a 17-year-old male in a southeast Bend neighborhood.
