Building in Bend's Golden Triangle area sells for $2.1 million

An 11-year-old commercial building in an area of north Bend known as the Golden Triangle has sold for $2.1 million.

The 12,000-square-foot Sole Source Building at 63820 Clausen Road was part of the deal, along with the 2-acre lot it sits on, Sperry Van Ness Commercial Real Estate Advisors Broker....
