Budget forces daytime closure of Bethlehem Inn

Homeless shelter still open on weekend days

Roxann and Bobby Huggins Jr., who moved into the Bethlehem Inn homeless shelter in October, are getting used to losing.

Bobby lost his $29-per-hour job at Boeing in 2003 after his eyes went bad, he said. The couple lost their home in a Portland suburb in June and their car - a 1987 Pontiac....
