Soprano singer Marcia Whitehead, who last performed in Bend after the screening of her film "Laundry and Tosca" at last year's BendFilm Festival, returns for an opera concert to be held Sunday, April 9, at the Tower Theatre.

Whitehead will be joined by local singers Linda Mattos, Mandy....
