I am so glad to finally see someone write whom I and most of my acquaintances agree with. This ("Let shoppers decide," March 2) concerns Wal-Mart's new supercenter.

As Joseph Dairy of Bend wrote, "Why should so few get to decide where I can shop?" If they don't like Wal-Mart,....
