This letter is in reference to your Feb. 10 article "Couple sues physician, hospital for $1 million." A Bend couple has filed suit against Dr. Palacio, an obstetrician and gynecologist, and St. Charles Medical Center, alleging negligent care of Julia Tope after delivery of her child.....
