Out-of-control van hits bus on icy Highway 26

MADRAS - A Madras High School bus carrying 20 drama club students on a field trip collided with a van that lost control Wednesday morning on Highway 26 east of Government Camp, according to the Oregon State Police.

The van's driver was seriously injured and taken by medical helicopter to Legacy....
