Overflowing garbage cans, a trail of trash through Drake Park, an eating area carpeted with cigarette butts, and porta potties too disgusting for any child to use - I've never seen downtown so trashed. Come on, Winterfest organizers, how about dedicating some resources to keeping things clean?....
