Bend business leaders hope to make city a model for drug-free workplaces

Implementing a drug-free workplace policy is harder than asking job applicants to provide a urine sample, according to Jeremy Green, a business and employment attorney who spoke to the Bend Chamber of Commerce Health Care Subcommittee on Thursday.
