M37 ruling may settle Sisters power problem

Electric co-op looks to upgrade Jordan Road line

SISTERS - The final hurdle preventing the upgrading of a power line to Sisters has been cleared after the Oregon Supreme Court upheld the constitutionality of Measure 37, said representatives of Central Electric Cooperative.
