Wiley Ellis Sr. of Redmond died Friday. He was 94.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Mr. Ellis was born Feb. 3, 1912, in Dripping Springs, Texas, to Howard and Mary (Thurman) Ellis. He married Frances Cleveland on June 21, 1965.
