I'm dismayed that there are still some ATV enthusiasts who simply can't abide by the local trail system regulations.

I myself am an all-terrain vehicle user and am saddened as well as disturbed to encounter riders who won't follow area closures. Granted this group of lawbreakers is the minority,....
