New degree program will be modeled after one in Corvallis

Oregon State University-Cascades Campus in Bend will begin offering a Master of Arts in teaching degree this June.

The master's in teaching will prepare 15 to 20 people interested in teaching at the elementary level. The program could offer an option for teacher education at the secondary-grade....
