Millions of gallons of 'pretty clean' sewage leak out of La Pine lagoon

A lagoon that stores wastewater for the La Pine Special Sewer District sprung a leak Thursday morning, spilling millions of gallons of partially treated wastewater onto district-owned land outside a treatment facility on Reed Road.
