Bend Winterfest celebrates the best of Central Oregon's coldest season starting tonight.

The annual event takes place through Sunday in and around Riverfront Plaza in downtown Bend, including the north and south Mirror Pond parking lots (which will be closed to parking) and the top of Drake Park....
