Devoted principal to retire

Augustine taught life lessons in, out of the classroom

After 13 years of service, Ruth Augustine will retire as principal of Elk Meadow Elementary School at the end of June.

"I've been going to school for 51 years and now it feels like I'm finally graduating," Augustine said with a laugh.
