Kids' contest puts 'water wise' message in motion

City of Bend will publish winning art in calendars

Bend students now have a creative way to explain why the public should use water wisely.

City students are invited to enter a city of Bend-sponsored art contest with themes focusing on water conservation. Twelve winners will have their work published in a 2007 calendar published by the city....
