Bend says no to proposed condo development

Millbrook will re-submit the project, located across from McKay Park, for review after changes have been made

A proposed 40-unit riverfront condominium development across from McKay Park clashes with the Deschutes River environment and surrounding neighborhood, the Bend Planning Commission has found.
