DA Dugan drops adult charges in Trillium case

Teen gets probation for coercion, harassment

A 16-year-old girl - charged as an adult for allegedly sexually abusing two boys and two girls at a psychiatric treatment program in Bend - was sentenced to two years probation Thursday after admitting to charges filed in juvenile court.
