Youngsters create stuffed animals for KIDS Center

Ten-year-old Madison Allen picked a fluffy puppy to make at the KIDS Center stuffed animal creation session on Saturday and watched the limp form come to life as a machine blew wads of white cotton into it.

When the stuffed animal was plump and ready, Madison hugged the puppy's squishy body then....
