Local boarders don't make Olympic team

Klug appealing decision to USOC

Three Central Oregon snowboarders were left off the U.S. Olympic snowboard team roster Sunday when it was announced in Mountain Creek, N.J.

Leslee Olson and Adam Smith, both of Bend, and Chris Klug, a part-time Sisters resident, were vying for spots on the 16-member team.
