Missing man safe, arrested

Police allege Marcum used impounded snowmobile

A snowmobiler who went missing near La Pine on Wednesday turned up safe Friday morning, and was then arrested by Deschutes County sheriff's deputies for driving an impounded snowmobile that did not belong to him.
