Klug keeping Olympic team hopes alive

Sisters boarder says he's on verge of joining squad; Smith, Olson not likely to make cut

Chris Klug may get his opportunity to turn bronze into gold.

The U.S. Olympic snowboard team will be announced on Saturday, and Klug, a part-time Sisters resident who was raised in Bend, said Tuesday he believes he is in a position to be named to the team for the third time.
