Because of a technical blunder - the failure to print a petition number on signature sheets - an attempt to recall Marion County Circuit Judge Mary Mertens James has collapsed. Judge James, who overturned Ballot Measure 37 last year, is undoubtedly relieved. So, we're sure, are many supporters....
