A 60-year-old Bend skier is heading to Italy next month for the World Masters Nordic Ski Championship - again

Dagmar Eriksson celebrated her 50th birthday in rather unique fashion: by completing - solo - Bend's annual Pole Pedal Paddle race, which includes a downhill ski leg, a Nordic ski leg, a 22-mile bike ride, a five-mile run, a kayak leg, and a >-mile sprint to the finish line in Bend.
