Spring sports programs in jeopardy as school loses track, fields

Just seven months ago, it was the proud home to a freshly crowned state-champion track and field team.

Today, the track facility at Summit High School more closely resembles an ice- and water-covered battlefield - and is perhaps every bit as unsafe.
