Citing the need to comb through a mounting pile of evidence, Deschutes County commissioners on Wednesday postponed a decision on whether to permit the proposed Thornburgh destination resort.

Commissioners Bev Clarno, Mike Daly and Dennis Luke voted 3-0 to announce a decision on the case on Feb.....
