Mushers starting 300-mile trial along Cascade Lakes Highway

Rachael's Race for Vision 300-mile training run is set to begin today at 2 p.m. at Mount Bachelor's Sunrise Lodge.

The sled-dog event is being staged in lieu of the Atta Boy 300, which has drawn many of the world's top mushers to Central Oregon the last four years.
