What is it about short guys with white beards, rosy cheeks and pointed red hats? We find them basking in window boxes, hiding under shrubbery, lounging in flowerbeds and smiling aside stretches of manicured lawn. Wherever they are, they make us chuckle.
And the jolly characters have recently....
