Bend's Jackalope Grill may not serve the mythological creature - an antlered rabbit that mimics human voices, particularly cowboy singing.

But expect a fair dose of cowboy mythos at the fine-dining restaurant, where rustic meets cosmopolitan in the decor and on the menu. New owners Tim and Kathy....
