Rich Graver and his Costco Wholesale Corp. employees loaded their entire stock of snowblowers on flatbed carts early Thursday morning, expecting the machines would be in hot demand as Central Oregon woke up under a deep white blanket of snow.
They wheeled the carts into the store's center aisle....
