Local seniors look for aid understanding drug plan

Medicare recipients start signing up this week for prescription coverage

The Bend Senior Center has hosted five information sessions this fall on the new Medicare prescription drug plan.

And at every meeting, said Brenda Chilcott, program manager for the center, more than 200 people have shown up in search of information.
