Oregon pump prices on downward slope, finally

Lack of cheap oil-transportation routes pushes Bend pump costs up

That's not a mirage: Gas prices are falling in Central Oregon.

After peaking in early September, gas prices have declined steadily throughout the state, according to AAA Oregon.
