Madras man was victim in collision on Highway 26

A Madras man died Thursday evening after his pickup was struck head-on by a car that was trying to pass a school bus on Highway 26.

According to an Oregon State Police press release, Brian Thomas, 48, was pronounced dead at the crash scene on Thursday.

He was driving a 1995 Toyota truck....
