Recently, I was jogging on a path in Juniper Park. A woman with two dogs and no leashes in sight headed my way. One dog ran at me and jumped on me multiple times! I found this incredibly rude. The woman didn't even call her dog off until I yelled at her to. Why would any person think this is OK....
