Jefferson Co. requests M37 amendments

Draft of proposed changes to be voted on by the commission later this month

MADRAS - The Jefferson County Commission asked county staff on Wednesday to draft a host of changes to an ordinance for implementing Measure 37, the voter-approved land-use initiative that was invalidated earlier this month by a Marion County judge.
