Saturday, Oct. 15, I filled up with gas in Redmond at $2.92 a gallon. Sunday, Oct. 16, I filled up with gas in Salem at $2.51 a gallon. I even saw it at the Costco station for $2.48 a gallon. That is an unbelievable 41 cent-plus price difference. Why? What can we do to stop this blatant gouging....
