Property tax bills reflect values 10 months ago

Property owners were treated to new estimates of their property's value this week when new county property tax bills showed up in the mail.

A word of caution, though: The numbers are 10 months old.

And the "Real Market Value" listed on the tax bill doesn't have much to do with....
