There's a new menu in town

Bend City Grill (formerly O'Kane's) replaces On the Rocks with same face and in same place, but with a new attitude

t's time to get reacquainted with an old face in downtown Bend.

The changes in the interior seem subtle. Sports games still dominate the televisions and 24 beers still flow on tap.

But the menu is vastly revised, as is the attitude.
