Sisters debates restaurant initiative

SISTERS - A ballot measure that would limit the number of formula-food restaurants in Sisters to four may have been incorrectly prepared, City Councilor Sharlene Weed said.

A formula-food restaurant is defined as one with decor or menu similar to that at six or more locations.
