Court ruling slows some forest work

Environmentalist: Feds creating a 'train wreck'

The U.S. Forest Service will delay about 180 projects in Oregon and Washington - 18 in the Deschutes and Ochoco national forests - as the result of a ruling last month by a federal judge in California.
