Loftesness' duty to promote rodeo throughout Oregon and in U.S.

Trena Loftesness rode her first horse when she was 2 years old. She herded cattle in her first team penning rodeo competition at 5. By 15, she was part of a team ranked fifth in the nation for the sport.
